Training

12th March:

Ran 9.2km in 46 minutes, which really surprised me as I didn’t expect to be anywhere near that quick! With two and a half weeks until Run Richmond Park, I’ll probably do one more 10km training run and then smaller runs, so I don’t injure myself!

Route was as follows..

24th February:

Ran 9.14km, not feeling too bad afterwards which is a good sign! Just over 6 weeks until Run Richmond Park 10k, so nice to be close to 10km. Want to try and hit 12km in the next three weeks though!

15th January:

Did a 5km run at the gym, nothing too strenuous yet as have a long way to go!

5th February:

Ran a PB of 10.79km, which puts me in good shape for the BUPA 10000 in May!
